Student Notice of Concern

• The Student Notice of Concern is a communication tool to inform the parent/guardian and unit office’s of a significant event while on the school bus.
• A copy of the Student Notice of Concern goes to the student’s parent/guardian and the other to the student’s unit office.
• The Transportation Department does not determine or administer punishment for infractions of inappropriate behavior by students or parents.
• Any questions/concerns regarding a Student Notice of Concern should be addressed directly with the Transportation Department (808) 842-8329 or the student’s unit office.
