{"id":117,"date":"2013-09-25T16:30:57","date_gmt":"2013-09-26T02:30:57","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/blogsites.ksbe.edu\/fnfp\/?page_id=117"},"modified":"2015-03-04T11:43:53","modified_gmt":"2015-03-04T21:43:53","slug":"partners","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"https:\/\/blogsites.ksbe.edu\/fnfp\/profiles\/partners\/","title":{"rendered":"Partners"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong> Aotearoa Partner &#8211; Te Runanga o Ngai Tahu<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong><a href=\"https:\/\/blogsites.ksbe.edu\/fnfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/09\/terunagaongaitahu.gif\"><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-154\" alt=\"terunagaongaitahu\" src=\"https:\/\/blogsites.ksbe.edu\/fnfp\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2013\/09\/terunagaongaitahu.gif\" width=\"205\" height=\"75\" \/><\/a><\/strong>Ng\u0101i Tahu are the iwi comprised of Ng\u0101i Tahu wh\u0101nui; that is, the collective of the individuals who descend from the five primary hap\u016b of Ng\u0101i Tahu, Ngati Mamoe and Waitaha, namely Kati Kuri, Ngati Irakehu, Kati Huirapa, Ng\u0101i Tuahuriri and Ng\u0101i Te Ruahikihiki.Te R\u016bnanga o Ng\u0101i Tahu was established by the Te R\u016bnanga o Ng\u0101i Tahu Act 1996 and services the tribe&#8217;s statutory rights and ensures that the benefits of the Settlement are enjoyed by Ng\u0101i Tahu wh\u0101nui now and in the future.<\/p>\n<p>Throughout the South Island there are 18 local r\u016bnanga.
